Workout Fitness Store sells and installs gym equipment across New England, both home setups and full commercial builds. They've been doing it for years. Their old site, run by an outside vendor, didn't show any of that. It loaded slow, broke on phones, and made buyers fight to figure out who to talk to.
Most people shopping for gym equipment aren't browsing. They have a basement they want filled, a condo gym they need outfitted, or a fitness center they need built from scratch. They want to talk to a human who knows what they're doing. The old site buried the contact options behind a generic product listing and lost the lead before it ever started.
I rebuilt the site from scratch, fast and mobile-first, with one job: put the right buyer in front of the right expert. The hero says what they actually sell. The equipment pages have real photos and real specs. SEO work pulled in traffic that was going to chain sites before. Now Workout Fitness shows up for the queries that matter and converts them with a contact flow that doesn't waste anybody's time.
